New Amarjit Shaper is featured its high efficiency, Flaeless Works. Smooth and Precision finished throughout. Allthe bearing surface of fram Ram, Slide, etc. are hand Scrapped to ensure accurate alignments.
Shaper body it is extra sturdy. Strongly Ridded for Rigidity.
The prism arm slides are exceptionally wide. Correct design and proper weight distribution obvite vibration.
Thr Roking Arm is provided with Gum Metal Gutka.
The Lead screw and the telescopic gear shaft are both provide with Taper Roller, Ball, Thrust Bearing to ensure light and easy movements.
Table is accuratly machined having T-Slot on the top side surface, the table can be universal at any angle arround an accurately graduated circular disc. It is supported on a stand to help bear extreme thrusts.
Drive : Cone Pulley Drive, Grared Drive.
Lubrication : We Provide two lubrication oil pump to our Shaper , The oil tank of C.I. Castings is fixed to base. One
provided in Main Body, Gears & Roking Arms parts and other provided to hand operate Ram Parts.
