Purpose:- planing.thickness Planing, Mortising, Slotting, Horizontal and Round Moulding, Pataam
and Grooving.

SPECIAL FEATURESOF PLANER MACHINE
1. We use graded casting. Most parts are ground finished. The Table are properly machinesd and
polished and accurately and maximum output.

2. Each moving part of fitted with high qualitybushes/ ball bearings.
3. Blades ofmain cutter block are made of special HIGH CARBON HIGH CHROMIUM STEEL.

4. Round Moulding system, degree/side cutting systems, separate steel angle plate for pataami plate, steel plates fitted on the top plates and great finish are the other highlight.

5. With the clutch system, the main roller and side cutter can be driven one at a time. The main roller is also provided with a system for quick blades setting.

6. An additional jack is attached to the guage plate for locking porpose and a safety system witch
stop the wood from bouncing back.

7. Four drills from 3/8 to 1" can be operated from the machine Circular saw of 14" can be fitted on the side table. Blades can be sharpened over the grinder fitted on the machine.
