Straightening Machine

We manufacture state-of-the-art Straightening Machines that are known for their high performance, precision and ease of handling. Reduction Gear Box

Technical Specification :
  • Consists of one steel fabricated 2 hi stand with rolls, Coupled with one pinion gear box driven with a motor of suitable power
  • Speed of pinch roll is to be synchronized with the speed of Finishing stans
  • Pinch roll are used to guide forcefully rolled material from one

Billet Heat Furnace / Die Heating Furnace / Aging Heat Treating Furnace
There are four types of billet heat furnace
  1. Electricity type
  2. LPG Chain type
  3. LPG Direct Fire type
  4. LPG Direct Fire type tie in with Hot Shear
LPG Direct Fire type

Method: Direct Fire heated to both sides of Billet + Recycle hot air for Preheat

Advantages: Fast, less fuel, stable, equal and exact temperature, It fits in with fewer amounts and multiple demands nowadays. Whole systems are automatic control. Charging from up and discharging from down. Temperature inspection and fire control are controlled by USA Allen Bradley PLC and HML Panel.

For Aging Heat Treating Furnace, there are two types.
Method: Heated Air Circulation from right to left or front to back.
1. Electricity type
2. LPG type

For Die Heating Furnace, there is just one type for electricity.
