JAW STONE CRUSHER - is designed with high quality and tested material to give long turm Service. KING CRUSHER is easily suits for crushing bigger size, hard granite, gravels, lime stone,coal etc. KING crusher is mich needed to reduce blasted stones, large boulders or recycled material. It consists of feeder with hopper to receive sufficient oad and give regular feed to crusher.
BODY - of king crusher is made from 32 mm heavy duty MS pates. It is well fabricated by branded welding rods to reduce
the body getting damaged/ cracked.
LEVER - Is made from heavy duty high quaity steel casting. It annealed by heat treatment process and then it is precision machine for smooth crushing stroke.
ECCENTRIC CRANK SHAFTS - Is made frome the tested heavy duty EN 19 material. It is a arge diameter heavy duty double roler bearing and other equipment.
BEARING - Heavy duty double roller bearings are fitted into the lever and pedestal to operate smooth operation to reduce friction.
FLY WHEELS - Are fitted at the end of both side of crank shaft, which mackes baance to ensure steady crushing force.

VIBRATING SCREEN - Is design with high quality and tested materia to give ong term service. is ideally designed to meet demanding requirement and ow maintance.
SIZE AVAILABLE -12x4x4x3decks ; 16x5x4x3decks ; 14x4x4x3decks ; 18x5x4x3decks ; 16x4x4x3decks ; 20x5x4x3decks.
BODY - Is vibratory screen made from 6 mm MS pates. It is well fabricated by branded welding rod and also supported by
nut, bolts to reduce the change of body getting cracked.
CRANK - Shaft is made from high quality tested material. Crank shaft is designed tomake very sufficient vibration, reduce the maintennance and help to get the higher output.
BEARING HOUSING - are made from CI casting. Itdesigned for the protection of double roler bearing and for smooth operation. These bearing housings are fitted on both side of body.
BALANCE WEIGHTS - are made the MS plates. It is designed to reduce the maintenance and to increase the vibration.
These are fitted at the end of the both side of crank shaft.
STAND/ CHESSI - Is very ideally designed to give inclination to perforated sheets which helps to increase output. The stand is made from heavy duty C Channel as per the size of the vibratory screen

PULVERIZER :
Pulverizer is high speed swing beater type grinding mill. Pulverization is achieved by the impact of beater on the material in the Grinding Chamber. The fine powder is swept by the suction of the blower from the grinding chamber through wizzer blade and cone is to check the over size particle and thus regulates the mesh size by shifting the wizzer blade to the cone side.

The M.O.C. in the main body of the pulverizer such as Base plate, Grinding Chamber, Wizzer Cone & the Blower is made of Cast Iron. The circumference of the Grinding Chambers which comes in contact with the material is lined with hard cast iron replaceable liners to ensure a long life of the machine and to protect it from wear & tear.

CONTROL AND OPERATION :
The Mill base is made from cast iron. Theair chamber, Blower, Dust Collector, and dust lines is made from the mild steel.
The Gear box of Cast iron and have one set of hardened bevel gear. The vertical shaft has plough support, Mn. Plough and spider with the rollers which is hinged on spider. The thrust bearing is provided in the bottom of vertical shaft to hold the load of shaft assembly. The feeder is provided to feed the material in grinding chamber as and when required.
The grounded material is swept by air and carried to classifier. The wizzer classifier passes the material of required mesh and oversized particals are returned to the grinding chamber. Finally material is collected by cyclone.
