Alternate is a single wire machine for block squaring and slabs cutting. The machine is sutable to cut marble. Granite and kind of stone. Alternate is stand on structure placed, machine trolley moves on a rail tracks with one motor controlled electrcally through the control panel. Alternate can be equipped with a speed variation of the diamond wore from 0 to 33m/sec.
The Structure of the machine is made by two steel coloumn connected by a steel beam. On each coloumn slide two aluminum fly wheels diam 800mm. The ascent and ascent and descent movement of the fly wheels is controlled by a manual system. The Diamond wire tension system is works on driven by one side two fly wheel and it's controlled all through the cutting phases. The 15 HP main motor is equipped with a water distributor plan to cool the diamond wire and clean the cut. Inches of water shortage will stop the machine immediately to avoid any damage to the diamond wire. The control panel and all the electric device are placed on board of the machine.
