Steel Body	The body and bed of Expeller are made of steel.
Gear Box	Steel hardened gear and fitted in a gear-box which runs in Lubrication Oil. The Oil Seals are given so that not asingle drop of Oil is leaked.
Cone Adjusting Unit	The final pressure of the cake is controlled by the pressure cone which is adjusted by simple movement 0 lever. The adjusment is simple and can be per formed within fev seconds.
Kettle and Process Steam	The steem kettleof adequate cooking capacity. There is also provision of prevent overflowing of seeds in to the chamber, by self controling meal inlet. It is beautifully fitted with damping appratus, safty valve, steam pressure guage, condensate drain with efficiant steam straps and steem valves.
Power	For driven Jadhao expeller power various from 30 to 40 H.P. depending upon varity and quality of cotton seed, ground-nut neem seeds, copra and all pther Oil bearing seeds.
Lubrication	The entire gears run inself lubricated from worm reduction unit and in Oil bath.All gears are milling cut and well hardened.
Shaft and Warm Withdrawals	The withdrawal of main shaft is very easy without disturbing gear unit in the least. The pressure Worms and collars can be changed without disturbing or withdrawing the shaft.

This is most simple Dryer based on Anderson USA type with the latest type Hot Air, 2 Pass Boiler system which saves the lot of fuel and give maximum efficency in a short time.

A) Air Pressure Blower : This Blower is desined on Arial wing type which can suck up the maximum quality of Air and delivered. The exhust in Boiler with maximum force. The Blower in most economical in consumption of electriccity, strudy in design having imported Bearings. The Blower is acurately Balanced by eetric drive.

B) Hot Air 2 Pass Boiler : This boiler is designed on latest USA Andersson design for to increase hot Air to move in 2 pass system which give maximum temperature guage is attach with with boiler.

Store Beam : This is fabricated from press steel with steel mesh in bottom to escape hot gases in seed. Air flow buffer piates is provided in Air zone whichcontinue hot Air flow equally in try Beam. This is most strudy in designed and accurately fabricated.
This Dryer can be run on Groundunt husks, Wood, Sugarcane Bages, and Deisel.
