SCREW CONVEYER

For the past several year's a material was handled by manua labour. It was a time consuming process and hardshipsto human beings. To avoid such hardships, Save time as wellas in creasing labour problems and payment of higher wages, a Mechanical Device-called Screw Conveyor- is interduced and it has become ESSENTIAL for each and every Oil Mills to have the Screw Conveyor and now-a-day's, it is also commonly used in all Mills.

Jadhao are already manufacturering and now come out with special type of Screw Conveyors based on modern Technology.

Construction
Screw Conveyor's outside body is 'U' type shape, made of trough of mild steel plate and heavy structure steel angle iron weded along with edges.

It is fitted with spiral mounted shaft made from heavy duty 'C' Class pipes. Screw is made of pressed sheets. Feeding is made from the top at one end and discharged generally from an opening at the bottom onthe other end the trough.

The Hanger Bearings are provided at Three Metre spacing.

Screw Conveyors are available in 10" and 12" Screw diameter Sizes.

Screw Conveyor is used for moving of Oil Seeds and and Oil Cake in horizontal direction on through a slightly inclined place.

Outstanding Special Features

1.	'Vijay'	It is the only expeller ever manufactured in India which is equippedwith 17 heavy duty ball bearings.
2.	Steel Body	The body & bed of expeller are made of steel.
3.	Gear Box	Steel hardened Gears are fitted in a Gear-box which runs in Lubrication Oil Seals are given sothat not a single drop of Oil is leaked.
4.	Cone Adjusting Unit	The final pressure of the cake is controled by the pressure cone which is adjusted by the simple movement of the lever.
5.	Vertical Hinged Pressing Box	The dynamic improvement saves from trouble and wastage of time of removing boxfor releving or for replacement of worms. Thus the Pressing box need not be removed for any purpose whatsoever.
6.	Kettle & Process Steam	The steem kettle of adequate cooking capacity. There is also provision of prevent overflowing of seeds in to the chamber, by self controling meal inlet. It is beautifully fitted with damping appratus, safty valve, steam pressure guage, condensate drain with efficiant steam straps and steem valves.
7.	Power	For driven 'Vijay' expeller power various from 25 to 30 H.P. depending upon varity and quality of cotton seed, ground-nut Kernelscopra and all other Oil bearing seeds.
8.	Lubrication	The entire gears run inself lubricated from worm reduction unit and in Oil bath.All gears are milling cut and well hardened.
9.	Shaft & Worm withdrawals	The withdrawal of main shaft is very easy without disturbing gear unit in the least. The pressure Worms and collars can be changed without disturbing or withdrawing the shaft.
10.	Capacity	The normal capacity of "Jadhao' Expeller Various from 7 to 8 tonnes (Whole cotton-Seed) and 8 to 10 tonnes ground nut in 24 hours.
