SPECIAL FEATURES

The closed back structure offers maximum rigidity in the transverse direction and any eccentric loas on the machine are easily sustained.

The Stresses are so balanced that with full load acting between Slide and table, The Compressive and tensile Stresses as well that angular opening of the frame are extremely low. This results in long toll life and accurate stamping.

The main frame is extermely rigid and will designed fabricated steel structure.

In case of left to right Shafts Presses the solid frame Construction is adoped with pre-machined, Press fitted and welded cartidges for main bearing in place of split cap arrangement. This construction is advantageously used to avoid welds as load bearing members.
