Crushing & Screening

• Jaw Stock: Fabricated Steel Casting Head are precision bore to accommodate Jaw Stock bearing and eccentric Shaft
• Eccentric shaft: Machined from high quality steel EN- 8
• Jaws: Both the fixed and swing Jaws are cast is best quality Gr.III manganese steel. As a result of the special design of the teeth. a final product is produced which is cubical in shape
• Toggle plate: Cut in cast iron. Lubrication between toggle plate and toggle block by manual application of grease by brush. If tramp iron or any foreign matter enter the crusher or granulator mouth. the toggle plate will break and is easily replaceable
• Side plate: Made of best quality manganese steel casting
• Lubrication: All roller bearing and ball bearing are arrange for grease lubrication by means of stuffer cups
• Jaw adjustment: The jaw setting may be easily changed by means of wedge block screw and toggle block adjustment bolt adjustment at the rear of the machine. Portable chassis fabricated from M.S. joints and sections with rebuts axe assembly, tyre, wheel, drawbar, parking brakes, feed platform, screw stay leg wit engine & motor setting arrangement. The crusher can be converted into granulator for which suitable conversion kits are provided
