Historically BRM stands for quality. One of its own kind in Northern India. Establishedin 1972 by late S. Bhagwan Singh Bhullar. Who Came in Industrial sector in 1970 and new their Sons S. Amrik Singh and S. Ajit Singh Running Sucessfully Businees installed by them Bhullar Rice Machinery Mfg. Co. is the manufactured of Rice Mills and Parboiling & Drying Plants on engineered approach, comprehensive planing right perfomance and standardized parts.

We installed more than 500 plants & that plants are running successfully in all over India & abroad.

Every machine is planned, Fabricated and manufactured in a derferent section. We have an option to start feed paddy from right hand or from left hand.

Uncled paddy which has metallic objects, stones or any other impurity is fedin an the preliminary, Pneumatic and cyclonised paddy Cleaner. Cleaned paddy is fed in an overhead paddy bin, which distributes it into rubber Roll De- Husker and is shelled upto90%-95%. This shelled mixture is conveyed through a elevator to over head husk aspirator which sucks and throws out the husk. Passing the mixture of rice & paddy to paddy Separator which separates sophisticatedly paddy and rice. Thus Unshelled paddy is again fed to paddy bin which is reprocessed by pneumatic De-huskers. Brown rice coming out of the paddy separator is fed to cone polishers by bucket elevators. This process is repeared in a number of polisher to get finest and healthy quallity of edible rice. Finally polished rice is served off through a riddle type chanana or plain sifter or both. The rice bran coming out of the rice polisher is collected at one point by a screw worm and sieved by a riddle chanana or purified from impurities by a pneumatic bran cleaner.

It is a point of appreciation that our plain sifter or riddle chanana service varieties of cleaned full rice, half broken, Quarter broken, 1/8 broken and kernels of rice free of husk or bran.

Best raw material like casting, Carbon Steel for shafts and gears, High quality bearings ISI/Q marked iron and steel structural material and seasoned teak wood is used.

R & D unit has been set up with us to modify and improve our products. Cones and most of the pulleys are Computer balanced.

We depute our engineers to visit our supplied machinery. After putting the mill in operation 2/3 times within warranty period and generally every year to know and remove and difficulty.

We are backed by an experiance of about 35 years by the engineer founder and excellent experienced staff. The old mother nachines are always replaced by modernized ones from time to time. We give national products of international standards as we face with the time.

Parboiled Paddy (Max 33% moisture content) should be dropped in to Dryer Elevator either through belt conveyor or by hand cart, Which will be elevated and discharged in to top holding bin of Dryer. Thereafter it will pas downward slow by through series of parts where cross flow hot ambient air is passed. At botton there is pipe through which paddy is dropped in to bottom hopper of Dryer where from it will be again discharged in to Dryer Elevator through Pipe.There will be three or more passes in this way to bring down moisture content to other spouting fine.
