B.S. KHOKHAR All Graded and Cone Pulley Heavy Duty SHAPING MACHINE SPECIAL FEATURES THE BASE : is well ribbed to provide stability, Which can be fitted on the foundation bolts THE COLUMN : is of heavy box section and have substancial internal webs. Wide front and ram slides accuratly scrapped, ensure rigidity and alignment when the full power of machine is utilised. THE RAM : is of heavy cross section to risit cutting stresses. Alignment is preserved by well proportioned vee type bearings. THE TOOL HEAD : is graduted and may be swivelled to any angle upto 90 degrees. |
THE TABLE : Universal of Fix. is provided with the slots on the top as well as on one side an has bolt hole on the other side.
THE BULL WHEEL : is cut with helical teeth to prevent and ensure a smooth drive to the ram. A reliable stroke adjustment mechanism is provided in it.
THE DRIVE : from the motor is by multiple vee belts for three different speeds. Machines can be supplied when required with a pulley drive Incorporating the clutch.
THE VICE : is of the single screw type, and has deep and wide inter-
changeable jaws. The swivelling base is accuratly graduated.
THE AUTOMATIC : self - acting horizontal feed motion is arranged to give three optional feeds per stroke of the ram.

KHOKHAR PIPE SLOTTING MACHINE These are exclusively designed to meet the demand of Fabricators for Slotting of Pipes. SALIENT FEATURES Extra Heavy Duty Base Plate & Columns are made out of close grained C.I. Casting conforming to I.S. Standerds i.e. 200+ 10% BHN. The Gear Box is firmly clamped to the coloumns. Two Heavy Duty Vices are also provided to hold firmly the pipes. Length of pipes ranging from 5 to 50 feet. The Machine is provided two more Gear Boxes at the top for the Vertical movement of the main Gear- Box Assembly housing the Spindles. |
